Dr. Kiara Harden grew up in Plano, Texas, in a family of human healthcare practitioners.
Her love for the "honest innocence" of animals and her fascination with biology and pet behavior drew her into veterinary medicine, and she graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her favorite thing about being a veterinarian is seeing patients come back better and wagging their tails.
An accomplished pianist, Dr. Harden also has a passion for running - and competition. She loves traveling and experiencing new foods, particularly in Japan.
Dr. Harden loves spending time with an expanding pool of nieces and nephews and her two cats, Timber and Jemma Sumi.
